Key supported in total almost 6000 people


Key prevented over 350 cases of homelessness

85 Young people and adults facing homelessness were provided with safe accommodation – 88% have successfully moved on from supported housing

54 families were provided with refuge from domestic abuse

282 young people were supported at Key’s drop-in where young people can get something to eat, access computers and phones, shower, laundry facilities and talk to a Support Worker who will support them to find accommodation

Over 700 residents provided with a sustainable supply of high-quality, low-cost food at The Base community centre

Key worked with 166 individuals in domestic abuse outreach service. Of those 160 were females and we supported 6 males. The ages ranged from 18 to 82 years of age

Key delivered the Healthy relationships programme to 2896 school aged children

Key employs 47 members of staff in total and has 20 volunteers who have contributed in excess of 4000 hours of volunteering

Key supported 533 children through the Emotional Health & Wellbeing contract (counselling in schools)

212 tenants were supported through Key’s Tenancy Support generating over £300k through maximising income through benefits and grants

43 people were supported by Key’s Employment Coach with 28 Supported into employment or training

100% of service users rated Key as good or excellent

99% of service users showed an improvement in their wellbeing
