Key are looking to recruit a qualified and experienced children and young people’s counsellor to join our team. We work in various areas across Lancashire.

The service works with young people between the ages of 4 and 19 and we are looking for candidates who have experience with and can work across the whole of that age range. The role predominantly involves providing 1:1 counselling in school settings, helping children and young people to maximise their emotional health and wellbeing and build their resilience. The service offers a time limited intervention. Part time working arrangements will be considered, ideally Key are looking at between 25 hours and 36.5 hours.

We are looking for highly motivated and flexible people who have a passion for working with children and young people.

The role includes the provision of external supervision, travel expenses and access to a range of other benefits.
