We are pleased to announce the launch of our brand new website. The new site was developed and delivered entirely in-house as a collaborative project between  Progress Housing Group's Digital Marketing and Communications team and Digital Analysis team, Key's Board member, Michelle Hallmark, and Key's Operations Director, Ursula Patten.

Key is the charitable arm of Progress Housing Group and helps more than 1,500 people across Lancashire achieve their potential every year.

The charity support people with help in finding employment and safe quality accommodation, providing food parcels, drop-in sessions with showers for those experiencing homelessness, counselling services for children and young people, conflict resolution to keep families together, and organisational training.

More than 99% of Key's clients say that the charity has made a positive impact on their lives. 

Nykkie Burrell, Progress Housing Group Marketing and Communications Manager, said: 'The new website refreshes the Key brand with a new look and colour palette to reflect its growth and diversification. It offers an easier way to learn about Key's services and support stronger calls to action to encourage donations and volunteering and more targeted content to support Key's commercial services for organisations and schools. It has been a great project to work on; many thanks to the Group's Technical Development Team who enabled the team to complete the project entirely in-house.'

Ursula Patten said, 'We are delighted with the new website that celebrates how the innovative work at Key helps people across Lancashire to Build Better Lives. The team, who have made the new website possible have put in many hours of sweat and tears, and I hope you will agree that this has really paid off.'


The project is part of a wider Group project to refresh and relaunch the Group's website portfolio, which will take place over the coming year.
