All our services continue to be delivered where possible remotely, and we ask that you contact us via the methods detailed below.
Where possible, we will avoid face-to-face appointments; however, you can contact us in several ways, including telephone and email.
We are committed to supporting all clients and staff throughout this period, delivering services within the current guidelines and advice provided, and thank you for your cooperation.
Key's housing Drop-in at Balfour Court remains open for emergencies only every weekday between 12 pm and 3 pm.

Drop-in support
You can see us, without an appointment, at our drop-in support sessions. We have practical support including phones, computers, laundry facilities and showers on hand, as well as expert housing advice.
We’ll provide a free, non-judgemental space for you to access what you need and talk when you are ready.
You can attend if you are homeless, have been homeless, or risk losing your home.
