Jude has supported my daughter recently. We just wanted to message to express our heartfelt gratitude to Jude and Key without whom my daughter's life would be very different right now.

 

Jude has offered overwhelming support to Louise and her children and gone above and beyond to understand, overcome and sometimes firefight on her behalf. She did this without prejudice and with the exact amount of empathy and compassion required in any given situation. I cannot begin to imagine where we would be without her, she is an amazing individual and a complete professional in her job. Yesterday I left my daughter with her two beautiful children in their new cosy, carpeted, furnished and SAFE home.

 

It has been such an awful journey for them and to watch them go through it. They wouldn't be where they are now without Jude and her consistent support. Louise has had a full team of support from many professions but Jude has without a doubt been the one that has helped the most, helped Louise to achieve what she has! 

 

Thank you to all the team at Key especially Jude. She is a credit to the charity and it's been a pleasure for Louise and me to have met her. Incredible lady. With kind regards and finally some tears of joy.
