When I came to counselling with Cristina, I was angry at the world, and lots of difficult things had happened to me when I was younger. My anger kept surfacing at school and home. The sessions helped as I have had someone to listen to, and I feel a lot better, like I got it all out of my head. Before, I felt like I didn’t fit in. I often felt awkward as I am not into computer games and football like most boys’ my age. My sessions helped me to see myself differently, and I am proud now to be me. I know it is OK to be myself.  I am enjoying life much more and am just happier and calmer.
