We are looking for people who are caring and non- judgemental with a good understanding of domestic abuse. The post does not require night or evening work, but you must be available to work some evenings / weekends if/when required.

Join the Key team and you can look forward to not only a competitive salary but a package of other benefits, 25 days leave, as well as an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) plus more. The team are very friendly and supportive of each other, it really is a nice place to work, in a recent staff survey, Staff Wellbeing scored very highly, Key recognise that to be able to support others make positive changes, the staff team need to feel valued and supported.

Key is a values lead organisation and we are looking for people who share our values.

“I love working for Key because although the work is challenging, I feel like I am making a difference. I can see the difference I am making in empowering women to make their own decisions and take control of their lives.

The team at Key genuinely care and are supportive of each other. This is something I haven’t experienced as strongly before. I also like that Key does lots of different things, but these are all to empower people to have a brighter future (A staff member at Key).
