Key advised me about universal credit, as I was going on half pay from work, due to being off sick.

I made an agreement with my landlord for my rent, and Key also advised me about the Cavell grant as I am a senior care assistant at the hospital.  My worker assisted me and completed the application form for the grant, as I was not up to completing it myself due to my illness, I was awarded £1500 towards my rent arrears

I was able to ring for emotional support throughout the support, as I was going through a really bad time, my mother was ill, and I was trying to look after her, whilst I was also ill.  I can’t thank Key enough this is the first time I have been able to keep up to date with my rent and I am managing to keep it this way.
