I could get hold of my worker anytime to chat and she worked very hard on my case. I was unaware of the help out there. I got my rent paid off and I also got a new washer which has taken a huge weight off our minds.

I don’t know what we would have done from start to finish there was no stress. Key needs to keep getting funded, so many people like me can get the help and care we received.
